Traditional medicinal uses
Yarrow & digestive herbal traditions
Yarrow has a documented European herbal tradition for temporary appetite loss and mild digestive discomfort. First Frost Forage pairs yarrow with cleavers, mint, and mugwort; that combination has not been established as a treatment.
