Traditional medicinal uses
Sleep, stress & relaxation traditions
Lemon balm and passionflower have documented traditions for mild stress and sleep. Chamomile also has a history in digestive and bedtime teas. These ingredient histories do not demonstrate that this blend treats insomnia or anxiety.
Evidence and cautions
The EMA identifies these as uses grounded in longstanding practice; clinical evidence is limited. Ingredient preparations and study doses may differ from a cup of this tea.
Chamomile can trigger allergies, especially in people sensitive to related daisy-family plants, and can interact with medicines. Ask a qualified clinician about herbs if you take medicines, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are choosing a tea for a child. Follow the product’s preparation directions.
